Calvary Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Worship Leader. The candidate should be a stable, maturing Christian who has a genuine desire to lead people to worship. The applicant should have good leadership skills and have experience in directing congregational singing and working with a Praise Team.
Calvary presently is using a blended worship style of music for worship utilizing hymns and contemporary songs.
The position would require approximately 8 hours per week. More time would be required for any special services. This person would plan worship services, select music and conduct Praise Team and Praise Band/accompanists rehearsals. The Worship Leader would report directly to the Pastor.
